Michelle Stangroom

Michelle Stangroom holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English, with a 2:1 grade, from the University of the West of England. She also pursued education at Wellington College.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held various key positions in different organizations, showcasing her capabilities and expertise in people management, operations, human resources, and leadership.

Currently, Michelle Stangroom serves as the Director of People and Culture at Inrupt, a role that involves overseeing the human resources and cultural aspects of the organization.

Previously, Michelle worked at Conversocial, a Verint Company, where she held multiple positions including Director of Global Operations and HR, Director of Operations and UK HR, Operations Manager (including UK HR Manager), and even started as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating career growth.

Before her time at Conversocial, Michelle Stangroom gained valuable experience as a Marketing Assistant at Pensions First and as a Teacher at St Nicholas' School, showcasing her diverse skill set.
