Mary Juetten

Mary Juetten is a seasoned executive, collaborative attorney, and mediator with a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years in leadership, management, business & financial consulting, with successful turnarounds in industries across Canada and the US.

Her expertise lies in leading companies through transitions, start-up phases, and fostering sustainable operational and financial growth. Mary's board experience includes positions in profit and non-profit organizations over the past 25 years.

She holds a diverse educational background with a B.Comm from McGill, Canadian C.A. and US C.P.A. designations, a J.D., and an LLM in Global Legal Studies and ADR from Arizona State University.

Currently, Mary is the CEO of Traklight.com, a software platform empowering inventors, creators, and businesses to identify legal risks, particularly in Intellectual Property (IP), offering legal health and personal checkups to law firms and legal service providers.

Mary is also a regular contributor to Forbes, an author of two books focusing on small law firm key performance metrics and the business of Legal, and has collaborated on multiple book chapters with various groups.

She specializes in planning, analyzing, executing, measuring, and leadership, and has a strong background in legal practice, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.
