Dr. Mary Bonderoff is the Acting President of the State University of New York at Delhi (SUNY Delhi). She has over 30 years of experience as a college administrator, working in student affairs, diversity education, and student advocacy.1

Key Achievements and Initiatives

• Committed to addressing campus concerns as opportunities for change, building a caring equitable campus environment, and increasing revenue streams through developing partnerships and fundraising efforts1
• Established a strong culture of shared governance by adding stakeholders to key committees such as finance, academic planning, Union Labor Management Meetings, College Senate, Student Senate, and College Council1
• Increased enrollment in applied technology programs by 64 students as a short-term solution and consulted with the SUNY Construction Fund to advocate for additional support to increase program capacity1
• Navigated a unionized campus by regularly participating in Labor Management Meetings and improved engagement with College Council members1
• Worked with SUNY to acquire an additional $500,000 to support enrollment efforts and student support on campus1
• Incorporated an academic program assessment council in collaboration with the Provost to review trends and data to determine new offerings, consolidations, and program changes1
