Marvin Mills

Marvin Mills is a versatile professional with a strong educational background in law and management/accounting. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and a B.S. in Management/Accounting from Park University.

Marvin has gained valuable experience in the corporate world, with key roles at Vanguard. He currently serves as the Retail Risk Director and has previously held positions as the Head of Legal & Compliance Operations, Associate Counsel / Manager, showcasing his expertise in legal and compliance matters within the organization.

Prior to his time at Vanguard, Marvin honed his legal skills as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges. His career journey also includes a unique role as a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Specialist in the United States Air Force, highlighting his diverse professional experiences.
