Martin Ngulube

Martin Ngulube is an experienced professional with a background in CA Advisory, Accounting, and Finance from the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Currently, Martin serves as a key figure in the audit team, where he is responsible for supervising, motivating, and developing a team of junior audit staff.

His role involves identifying risk matters within the business, scheduling and completing risk-based internal audits, and presenting findings to the business along with recommendations for solutions.

He is adept at understanding the commercial objectives of the business and collaborating with client FDs or company directors as well as external advisors when necessary.

Martin plans and executes internal audits for specific business areas or departments, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, industry regulations, and government legislation while also focusing on developing and leading his team.

Prior to his current role, Martin Ngulube gained valuable experience as a Semi Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP and as an Intern at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).
