Martin Dell

Martin Dell is the co-founder and former CEO of Kyero.com, the leading international property portal in Spain with over 200,000 listings and buyers from around the world.2 He co-founded the company in 2003 with his wife Louise, inspired by their own experience of buying a property in Spain.2

Under Martin's leadership as CEO from 2003 to 2020, Kyero.com grew to become a market leader in the international property space.3 The company was bootstrapped to operational profit in its first year, and Martin specialized in SEO and localization to establish Kyero.com as the top brand in its category.1

In 2023, Martin and Louise Dell handed over the CEO role to Gemma Coles, who had been serving as Managing Director since 2020.3 Martin now serves as co-founder of Kyero.com.

Prior to founding Kyero.com, Martin had a background in mechanical engineering and worked in sales roles at several high-profile tech companies including Motorola Codex, AT&T Paradyne, Cabletron Systems, and TechForce.1

Martin is passionate about marketing and has taught marketing courses at Seth Godin's TMS and altMBA programs.1 He is deeply committed to social causes as well, with Kyero.com donating 1% of its revenue to a charity dedicated to eradicating homelessness in Spain.
