Martijn Sjoorda

Martijn Sjoorda is a seasoned advisor and psychotherapist with extensive experience in IT, supply chain, and large multinational corporations. With a BBA from HES Rotterdam and various post-grad training in strategic dialogue, coaching, and organizational profiling, Sjoorda is well-equipped to help organizations integrate strategy, change management, and build high-performance companies. He has also successfully launched several ventures and obtained significant intercultural experience in Europe, the US, and China.

Sjoorda is the co-founder of System2, a former principal consultant at Capgemini Invent, former client director at Mannaz A/S, former head of people & organization/coach at Infocaster, and has held several other senior management positions. He has a reputation for delivering high-performance results by working with organizations on the intersection of strategy and psychology informed by action research and learning.

On top of his professional experience, Sjoorda is also an author, editor, and guest lecturer at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and Beeckestijn Business School. He is a polyglot, speaking six languages and working in Dutch, English, German, and French. His specialties include strategy, learning, dialogue, structural dynamics, large system change, and he actively supports various charitable causes.
