Marti Nyman

Marti Nyman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of New Wave Design and Verification, a company based in Minneapolis that specializes in digital electronic interface solutions for defense, aerospace, and medical applications. He was appointed to this role on March 1, 2023, succeeding the founder, Josh Dirlam, who transitioned to the position of executive chairman.12

Nyman has a robust background in executive leadership, having previously served as the president and CEO of NDC Technologies, and held significant roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and United Healthcare.
