Marketa Main

Marketa Main is an accomplished HR Director and Talent Acquisition Professional with a wealth of experience under her belt. With a passion for holistic health practices, she studied Qigong at the Živý čchi-kung Holistic healing school, adding to her diverse skill set. Marketa also earned an HRMP certification from the Society for Human Resources Management, and studied at Erickson College and Univerzita Karlova v Praze.

Marketa has held various leadership positions throughout her career, including Group Human Resources Director CEE - Interim Position at Crocodille, Group Human Resources Director at Hranipex,a.s., and Director Human Resources at Raiffeisenbank a.s. She has also served as a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Consultant and Lecturer at Qiantalent.

Marketa's knowledge and expertise extend to executive search and consulting, having worked as a Partner at Amrop Dr. Kaufmann & Partner a.s. She also held a Group Head of Strategic Talent Acquisition role at Home Credit International and led HR & Talent at Deloitte Advisory.
