Mark Woodroffe

Mark Woodroffe is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. He served as the Director of Corporate Governance at Epizyme from July 2020 to February 2022, where he was responsible for building in-house legal functions related to board governance, corporate financing, SEC reporting, and compliance with securities laws.12 During his tenure at Epizyme, he played a crucial role in negotiating and closing a merger agreement with Ipsen and managed various SEC filings and compliance matters.1

Before joining Epizyme, Woodroffe worked as Corporate Counsel at Altra Industrial Motion from June 2018 to July 2020. In this role, he advised on SEC filings, supervised legal teams, and supported significant financial transactions such as global offerings and acquisitions.1 Additionally, he has held positions at Akili Interactive and has a background in law from Boston College Law School.13
