Thielmann holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College. He is actively involved in supporting his alma mater and was a founding member of a non-profit foundation dedicated to brain tumor research. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, running, and spending time with his three children in Pennington, New Jersey.12
