Mark Szewczyk

Mark Szewczyk is a highly skilled professional with a background in Information Systems, specializing in IT management, technical training, and system support.

He graduated with high honors from DePaul University and started his career at Fort Dearborn Company, providing first level support before progressing to become the technical trainer for the company.

Mark excelled in managing the IT support group (Service Desk), overseeing a team of 6 individuals to support over 1600 associates across North America at 14 facilities.

In July 2015, he took on additional responsibilities by managing the Infrastructure team, which was in charge of 100+ servers and all networking across the company's facilities.

With 11 direct reports, Mark also managed all IT procurement, contract negotiations, and budgeting for the company.

In 2019, he transitioned to Advantage Engineering, where he currently serves as the IT Manager, responsible for all aspects of IT within the company.

His technical expertise spans SQL, ERP systems, mainstream office software, and operating systems like Microsoft Office and Windows, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
