My role requires the delivery of a strong proactive candidate pipeline through the sourcing channel optimisation and to capture potential internal mobility and develop sustainable talent pools. 

I work on a trusted global search team of sourcing & mobility consultants specialising in proactively sourcing, talent pooling and marketing candidates to support both open vacancies and future hiring needs. A key function for this role is to also develop, train and assess the team organisational capabilities in social media talent acquisition, technology and innovation.

This role manages all the capabilities for the executive recruitment requirements whilst also being responsible for capturing the internal mobility of key staff and ensuring the effective delivery of sourced potential talent to Fletcher Building through the FB Recruitment team to ensure effective delivery of outcomes.

A key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team; I develop and implement innovative ways of attracting, engaging and inspiring people to meet ASB’s current and future workforce needs. I am a digital marketer, story teller, blogger and creative thinker obsessed with all things digital, social media and wearable technology. 

Working with our Talent Sourcing Consultant and a Graduate I developed, implemented and led Sourcing and Employer branding projects.
  
Developed and implemented sourcing workshops for the team including ongoing coaching on social media and online sourcing strategies and market mapping. 

Working with our Brand and Marketing team I was responsible for the complete re-brand of the ASB Careers site including writing content, input into graphic and video content ensuring a superb candidate experience. 

Presenting sourcing strategies to the GM’s and their hiring managers ensuring they had an acute overview of the ROI each sourcing channel provided. 

Working with the Social Media team I participated in live Twitter chats discussing working life at ASB whilst writing content for the ASB Blog.
 
I developed employer branding content, managing photo and video shoots to maintain, promote and grow our attraction brand via our careers site, social media and professional networks. 

Reporting for the team including careers site, sourcing channel, candidate and hiring manager engagement, quality of hire and all related analysis.. 

Account Management of the relationships with our systems, digital and marketing suppliers, job boards, recruitment agencies and our diversity partners.

I led the project which created, developed and launched a NZ (and possibly world) first 3D Augmented Reality Recruitment app: "Work for ASB" - you can see some work samples below!

Manage a team of Business Banking recruitment consultants in day-to-day activities and provide leadership, guidance and counsel as required.

Responsible for Internal and External recruitment of Talent within NAB  Business Banking including: Institutional & Corporate Banking, Leverage Finance, Working Capital Services, Trade / International Finance, Agribusiness / Rural and Private Equity.

Promoting the Regional Recruitment Strategy in taking a pro-active approach to talent identification both internally & externally whilst providing expert industry knowledge to the EGM's and their teams.
