Karina Shegai is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse career history in various companies. She studied at Plekhanov University Of Economics and has since then held various significant positions in the HR field. Previously, she worked as a Talent Hunter at Anchous Drive Recruitment, where she identified and recruited potential candidates while also growing the company's presence in the market. Karina also served as a Human Resources Manager at Dream Industries before joining Bookmate. At Bookmate, she served as a Human Resources Manager, followed by a promotion to Human Resources Lead. She was responsible for managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, and many other HR-related matters.
