Mark Skoglund

Mark Skoglund holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, and International Studies from the University of Kansas.

He currently serves as the Executive Director at the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission. His previous experiences include roles such as Assistant Debate and Forensics Coach at the Olathe School District, Principal Fiscal Analyst at the Kansas Legislative Research Department, and Associate at Sanders, Warren & Russell LLP.

Mark Skoglund also has a background in legal clerkships, having worked as a Law Clerk at Sanders Warren & Russell, the State of Kansas, and as a Legal Intern at the Johnson County District Attorney's Office. Additionally, he has a history in coaching, having been a Debate Coach at the Olathe School District.

His educational qualifications, combined with his diverse professional experiences in law, ethics, coaching, and fiscal analysis, showcase a well-rounded individual with a strong foundation in legal and governmental matters.
