With over 16 years of experience, he excels as a preconstruction team leader, adept in concept design, PV production modeling, and complex project estimating.

Mark Rangel's expertise extends to project process sequencing, securing local and federal incentives, developing custom financial products for projects, and creating comprehensive cradle-to-grave business plans. He graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
