Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas is a highly experienced and esteemed professional with a diverse background in business administration, management, preconstruction, and project management. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from San Francisco State University and has since worked in several notable organizations, including Dome Construction, Google, Target, and Wente Vineyards. Throughout his professional journey, he has held various roles such as General Manager, Executive Team Leader in Logistics, Operations Project Manager, Estimator, and Preconstruction Lead.

At Dome Construction, Kevin started as an Estimator and worked his way up the career ladder to become the Manager of Preconstruction and Business Development. His job duties primarily involve managing preconstruction team members, analyzing project documents, coordinating with project managers, obtaining qualifications, and preparing proposals. His duties also include developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and vendors.

Before joining Dome Construction, Kevin served as an Operations Project Manager at Google, where he managed daily operations, vendor relationships, budget, timeline, and quality control for various construction projects. He also served as the General Manager of the Distribution Facility at Google, where he oversaw a large team of employees and achieved extraordinary results. Kevin's contributions led to operational efficiency and productivity enhancements, saving the company millions of dollars annually.

Additionally, Kevin holds a Guest Services Associate position at Wente Vineyards, where he developed his passion for customer service, relationship-building, and attention to detail. He developed a deep understanding of the importance of working tirelessly to earn and maintain customer satisfaction, an essential quality he has carried throughout his career.
