Mark Poole

Mark Poole is a highly experienced Change Management consultant with over 15 years of expertise in implementing business solutions that enable growth, streamline operations, and improve efficiency. He studied B.Sc. Mathematics at the University of Bath before earning his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Cranfield University. Poole has held senior roles at UBS Wealth Management, Amlin plc, and Accenture, among others. He is currently the Change Management Consultant at Implementing Change, where he helps seven-figure businesses implement change by conducting audits, devising dashboards, and creating blueprints that streamline systems, processes and people.
