James Rinn

James Rinn is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in finance, accounting, and auditing. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting and subsequently pursued further studies from St. Edward's University and Lanier High School. He currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP, a leading accounting and advisory firm in Texas.

Mr. Rinn has also held multiple leadership roles throughout his career, including Vice-President II at CoreLogic, Director of Finance (CFO) at Texas Lottery Commission, and Internal Auditor Director at National Instruments, among others. He has also worked as a Senior Associate (Audit/Assurance) at Coopers & Lybrand and as Manager (Strategic Risk Services) at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Known for his strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational expertise, Mr. Rinn is widely recognized as a seasoned leader in the finance industry. He has a passion for driving results, building high-performance teams, and delivering exceptional client service.
