Mark Taylor MSc

Mark MSc is a highly experienced law enforcement veteran turned consultant, specializing in crisis management, emergency planning, and disaster recovery. With over three decades of experience in various operational roles and responsibilities at a local, national, and international level, Mark has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with commercial, not-for-profit, and public sector organizations. He is the founder and director of Total Resilience Ltd, a not-for-profit social enterprise that provides business continuity and crisis management consulting, emergency planning and preparation, plan testing and exercising, training development and delivery, organizational learning, and community resilience to vulnerable communities worldwide. Mark's educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Disaster Management from Coventry University. When not working, Mark enjoys hill and mountain walking, military history, and photography.
