Mark Moran

Mark Moran is a seasoned General Counsel and Executive with a stellar track record in the technology industry. Moran served as the longtime general counsel of 24/7 Real Media, a publicly traded global technology company, where he managed a highly efficient legal department and oversaw the company's sale for $649 million. With extensive experience as a Corporate Attorney, Moran has advised start-ups, high growth, and publicly traded companies. He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Currently, Moran is senior Corporate Counsel at LivePerson, where he is working on special projects and M&A. Prior to LivePerson, Moran held positions as General Counsel at XpertSavers, Corporate Attorney at Mark E. Moran, Esq., and Financial Controller at The Bank of New York. He gained valuable experience as a Corporate Associate at Proskauer Rose earlier in his career.
