Mark Kim

Mark Kim is an experienced CEO who has expertise in public finance and a deep understanding of the capital markets. He boasts a proven track record of driving institutional change and improving organizational performance. Mark studied a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy at Harvard University, followed by a Doctor of Law at Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts at Northwestern University. He is the current CEO of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, having held the role of Chief Operating Officer previously. Prior to that, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at DC Water and Deputy Comptroller at the City of New York. He also worked as a Vice President at Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, and as an Assistant Vice President at UBS.
