I work with B2B software and service providers on their positioning and messaging to simplify and personalise with who they're trying to connect with. 

I work across channels focusing on their brands' messaging over the medium. This includes outbound cold email, opt-in sequences, Linkedin, virtual and in-person events and direct mail. 

B2B is shifting away from solely the brand and towards the personal brand of key team members who have "learned knowledge" that can't be taught. Buyers want to connect with people, team and culture of the brand over a logo. 

Most common B2B challenges I come across are:

• Lack of awareness about both the brand and what it is they do. 
• Reaching buyers who aren't in market and might never buy from you.
• Not properly identifying the right fit ideal customer for both new business and life time value renewals.
• Missing or not bothering to measure simple intent signals from prospects.
• "Trying out" one channel instead of working across multiple channels to increase awareness.
• Spray and pray, the amount of time and money it takes to set up a cold email campaign, could be spent on a much more targeted campaign to fewer people.

After 5 interviews, 3 flights and many espressos, I started working in a very small office in Farringdon and worked with a smart team of sales, ops, and creatives to help grow the EMEA mobile games developer accounts (and a nicer shiny new office too). A true startup success story, Vungle recently exited and were acquired by Blackstone Capital.

My day to day role included:
- Key account management of the largest global mobile gaming client.
- Worked with international clients throughout EMEA.
