With a background that includes service in the United States Air Force, Bollinger has built a professional career in various public school districts, a university, and both private and public sectors. He possesses the necessary skills and expertise to drive efficient maintenance and operations of facilities, public safety and security, strategic mission planning, and capital program planning. His responsibilities include managing complex budgets, staff and resource development, contract negotiations, and relationship building with stakeholders. Bollinger is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
