Mark Benotti is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in risk management, insurance, business development, procurement, and operational areas. He is renowned for his ability to transform businesses and take them to new heights of effectiveness and resiliency. Benotti's leadership, creativity, experience, data modeling, and strategic execution have brought unparalleled expertise to organizations like Brown & Brown, Conifer Realty, Marsh & McLennan, and AP Intego Insurance Group.

Prior to joining Brown & Brown of New York, Inc. (Rochester) as a Senior Client Executive, Benotti held various positions at Conifer Realty including Regional Vice President, Vice President of Shared Services, Vice President of Risk & Procurement, and Director of Risk Management. He also worked at AP Intego Insurance Group as National Director, Business Development, and at Marsh and McLennan as Vice President, Client Executive.

Benotti obtained his MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
