Dr. Mario Ramirez is an emergency medicine physician entrepreneur with a rich background in military, academic, and private sectors. He has extensive executive level management experience in various organizations and possesses expertise in medical national security policy, emergency/disaster medicine, concierge and corporate medical support, and telemedicine.

Dr. Ramirez has a diverse educational background, including an M.D. in Emergency Medicine from Harvard Medical School, a B.S. in Biology from Stanford University, and further studies in fields like Tactical and Operational Medicine, International Security, and more from institutions like Vanderbilt University and Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

With a history of serving in prestigious roles such as Chief Medical Officer, Co-Founder at AffirmHealth, and Acting Director at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Global Affairs, as well as experience as an Emergency Physician in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Ramirez has honed his skills in strategic organization management, business development, and program leadership.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at Opportunity Labs, where he continues to contribute his expertise to tackle challenging health and security issues while exploring innovative solutions.
