Marina Cordoba

Marina Cordoba is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Currently working at Morgan & Morgan, one of the top law firms in Panama, Marina is responsible for managing the human resources department's day-to-day operations, including recruitment and selection, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Marina started her career in human resources as a recruitment specialist at a leading staffing agency, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and developed a passion for helping companies find the right people to grow and succeed. She then moved on to work for a multinational corporation, where she gained experience in employee relations and developed her expertise in performance management.

Marina holds a bachelor's degree in human resources management from the University of Panama and is a certified HR professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is known for her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with both employees and managers.

In her free time, Marina enjoys traveling and photography, and she is actively involved in volunteering at a local animal shelter.
