Marie-Louise Verbeek

Marie-Louise Verbeek is a highly experienced project manager and coach with a background in the banking and insurance industry. She studied at prestigious institutions such as the Coaching Academy International, Nyenrode Business University, and Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she obtained a broad range of skills and expertise. Throughout her career, she held various management positions, including Hoofd Talent Management & Leadership Development, Client Service Manager, Project Manager, and Hoofd Direct Marketing at ABN AMRO, one of the biggest banks in the Netherlands. After a short stint as an independent project manager and coach, she returned to Independer as a Directeur Blije Klant en HR. At Independer, she managed the scrum project for the Zorgseizoen and worked on HR projects like the talent pool and organizing workshops for employee development.
