Mariano Lopez is a consultant and trainer with over 25 years of experience in psychosocial intervention and group work, specializing in improving workplace climate and equipping managers to safeguard employees' mental health.
Since 2007, Mariano has been training instructors for the Cirque du monde program initiated by Cirque du Soleil to aid vulnerable youth globally. He has extensive experience in designing and facilitating training programs.
In 2006, he was involved in the Antarctic Mission as the mental health lead for the crew and was also a part of the 1000 Days for the Planet crew.
He collaborates with the City of Montreal on training initiatives aiming to enhance group dynamics and promote cooperative climates within teams as a form of social protection.
