Kristella Hak is a young consultant at 227 Data Scientists, specializing in recruitment, business development, and communication.

Kristella has honed her skills through various international experiences, student boards, internships, and part-time jobs during her academic pursuits.

Currently, she is actively involved in building and managing 227 Data Scientists in collaboration with the company's founder, gaining insights into sales, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristella finds joy in theatre, travel, psychology, literature, music, and nature. She also dedicates her time as a coach at Plan Einstein and as an organizer of NSK Theatersport 2018, a national theatre festival for students.

Her educational background includes VWO with a focus on Profiel Natuur & Gezondheid from Gymnasium Camphusianum in Gorinchem, a Master of Science (MSc) in International Public Management and Policies from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Language and Culture Studies with a concentration on American Studies from Universiteit Utrecht / University of Utrecht.

Kristella Hak has also served as a Project Manager for Talent Development at Spargle.
