Marianna Ofosu

Marianna B. Ofosu is the founder of BRKManor, a company based in Wilton, Connecticut. She has a distinguished background as an executive and corporate governance lawyer, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and securities law. Ofosu is also a graduate of Yale Law School, where she was a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow, and she holds a master's degree from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar.1245

In addition to her role at BRKManor, Marianna serves on various boards, including the Yale Law and Business Alumni Association and Comp-Sci High, and is involved with the advisory board of the Rhodes Trust.3 Previously, she worked as Chief Strategy Officer at Uzabase, Inc., where she oversaw strategic operations for the global business intelligence firm.67 Her extensive legal experience includes working at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.4
