Marian Sarlos

Marian Sarlos is a former youth professional cyclist with a passion for politics and photography.

A member of the 2018 delegation for the United Nations National Model in New York, Marian has a well-rounded academic background with studies in Germany, France, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India.

Transitioning from cycling to the professional world, Marian has gained experiences in banking and management consulting.

Currently, Marian is an integral part of the Berlin startup ecosystem, contributing expertise in Growth, Business Development, Organizational scaling, and internationalization across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Education-wise, Marian has completed a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management with a GPA of 3.8 at Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle, along with several exchange programs and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.

Throughout the career journey, Marian has held key roles such as Executive Assistant to Chief Growth Officer at N26, Business Development Manager at passcon GmbH, and other positions in reputable organizations like EY, PwC, and BHF-Bank.

Marian's diverse experiences and strong educational foundation make them a valuable asset in the fields of business development, growth strategies, and cross-border operations.
