Maria Stage
Programme analyst at UNDP
Maria Stage is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background in Political Science, including a Master of Science (MSc) from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Copenhagen University.
Maria has also pursued international studies, including a MA exchange program at Queen's University Belfast and a Professional Certificate Programme in United Nations Studies at Columbia University in the City of New York.
Her professional experience spans across various organizations, where she has held roles such as Programme Analyst at UNDP, International Programme Manager at Danish Youth Council, and Chair at The Council for International Conflict Resolution (RIKO).
Additionally, Maria has worked as a Research Assistant at the Nordic Centre of Excellence for Security Technologies and Societal Values (NordSTEVA) and the Centre for Resolution of International Conflicts (CRIC). She has also contributed as a Student Assistant at Centre for Advanced Security Theory and the Division of Analysis at IUM Denmark.
