Maria Rosa Loula

Maria Loula is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of service in various high-ranking positions within the Federal Public Administration.
Her roles have included Director of DRCI at the Ministry of Justice, Chief of Staff and Advisor at the Superior Court of Justice, advisor at the Presidency of the Republic, Director of Regulation of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education, and Prosecutor at the Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
She is a member of the special commissions on international law and public advocacy at the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Maria has served as a Counselor at COAF, part of the advisory team for international affairs at the CADE Presidency, and has been a Federal Prosecutor since 2002.
Furthermore, she is a Postgraduate Professor in International Law, holding a Doctorate and Master's degree in International Law from UERJ, with a sandwich Doctorate program completed at the University of Coimbra.
Acting as the group leader of the research FRONT, a group established under CAPES focusing on international legal cooperation, Maria Loula is also an author of publications on International Legal Cooperation and a Professor of Private International Law.
