Kate Weber
Executive Director, the USC Dornsife Public Exchange
Kate Weber is the Director of Public Exchange at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. She has over ten years of experience in federal government roles, particularly with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). At USAID, she was instrumental in developing projects focused on environmental protection, health, civil society, and infrastructure across five countries. Notably, she was part of the team that launched the U.S. Global Development Lab, USAID's first innovation lab, in 2014, where she advised on strategic outreach and supported public-private partnerships addressing global challenges such as water and sanitation and Ebola.12
Weber's background also includes roles at PwC and Ketchum, where she worked in management and communications consulting. She holds degrees from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and the University of Texas at Austin.12
