Maria Koutsovoulou

Maria Koutsovoulou is a distinguished Professor of negotiation and leadership, with expertise in strategic leadership, managing organizational complexity, and personal development.

She is a seasoned consultant who collaborates with European and international organizations, providing guidance to executives and executive committees.

As the scientific director of the DSCE Chair at ESCP Europe, Maria focuses her research on trust within the organizational environment and professional and organizational identity.

Having served as the former Dean for Academic Affairs at ESCP Europe, she possesses a deep understanding of the current challenges facing national and international academic institutions.

Maria Koutsovoulou studied for a Doctor of Psychology at Paris V, René Descartes, honing her academic background in psychology.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Professor of Negotiation, Leadership & Organization Behavior at ESCP Business School, Directrice scientifique du Cercle des Dirigeants (CDD) at ESA Business School, and Executive Coaching at LACIA Consulting.
