Robert Kilduff

Robert Kilduff is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of experience and a top 10 MBA from Columbia Business School. He has worked in both privately held and public company environments, including pre-IPO stage companies, working with both domestic and foreign operations. Kilduff's experience includes leading the FP&A function, CFO for a pre-revenue technology start-up, divisional CFO, profit center General Manager, divisional controller, reporting lead, and head of FP&A. He has achieved noteworthy success in positions responsible for planning and analysis, controllership, general management, and sales & marketing.

Kilduff has a distinct background of industry sectors plus functional responsibilities, allowing him to provide unique perspectives on value creation and problem-solving in the finance role. His strong technical finance capabilities coupled with superior relationship and liaison skills help bridge the gaps between operational departments and the finance function.
