Maria del "Rosario" Palacios

Maria del Rosario Palacios is a dedicated community organizer, activist, and data scientist with a strong focus on progressive political spaces. With a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, she brings a unique combination of analytical and organizational skills to her work. Her experience includes working as the Acting Executive Director at GA Familias Unidas, Chief Executive Officer at Palacios Contigo. LLC, Deputy Director, Advocacy & Policy Director, Policy Analyst & Leadership Program Coordinator at Georgia Shift, and Coordinator, MSA/Latino Success at University of North Georgia. She has also worked as an Undergraduate Student Advisor/ Diplomat for Diversity at the University of North Georgia, QA Tech/ Sensory Lead at Smithfield Packing, and Accountant/Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax and Jackson Hewitt. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellence in community outreach, project management, policy analysis, and leadership development.
