With her strong background in top-tier management consulting and scientific research, she has built robust foundational strategy experience across several markets. Mari-Liis is a committed people leader who is passionate about capability building and has a proven track record of strong followership. She has held many prominent positions during her career, such as Chief Strategy Officer at DaVita International and Director of Commercial Operations and Governance, Bupa Global at Bupa. Mari-Liis is also an alumni of Columbia University, where she completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics.
