Margaux Joffe, a leader in accessibility and disability inclusion, has made it her mission to create a more inclusive world for people with disabilities. Currently leading accessibility efforts with Verizon's Corporate Social Responsibility Team and serving on the board of directors for the American Association of People with Disabilities, Margaux is also the founder of Kaleidoscope Society, empowering women with ADHD. Her work has been recognized and featured by a variety of institutions and awards programs worldwide, including the United Nations, Forbes, and Fast Company.

Margaux's career began in producing marketing campaigns and social impact programs for public health departments, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. She then went on to lead marketing production and initiatives at Yahoo, founding the first Neurodiversity Employee Resource group in the tech industry. Additionally, she helped create The Disability Collection, a landmark partnership between Verizon Media, The National Disability Leadership Alliance, and Getty Images to improve representation of disability in the media.

Margaux also brings a unique personal journey to her work, as she speaks openly about her experience with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, working to normalize the conversation around mental health.
