Margaret Sullivan is an accomplished customer success leader with years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has studied TEFL certification at The Language House TEFL in Prague, Czech Republic. She also has experience as an elementary school teacher at Meridian International School in Prague.

Sullivan has held various positions at SelfMade, including Head of Customer Experience, Manager of Customer Experience, and Senior Brand Manager, and has also worked as a Business Development Executive at the company. Prior to that, she was a Senior Project Manager at TBM Evolution Group and worked as a Media Relations Intern at AmherstMedia.org.

Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Tremendous, Sullivan is passionate about helping early-stage startups deliver great experiences. She is also a former member of the Corporation Development Committee at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she worked as a Campaign Officer.
