Role: Senior Business Analyst
Achievements within the IMES Reform Program 
-          Mapping of existing business processes 
-          Mapping of to-be e-2-e processes incorporating changes based on new legislation
- Documentation of  test scripts for the new software
- Comprehensive testing of the software functionality delivered to the program 
-         Stakeholder management within, and external to the project team

Achievements within the Project 
-          Engagement with external agencies to assist the WDP project in workshops and process validation 
-          Stakeholder management of external agencies engaged in Focus Groups
-          Creation of a suite of stakeholder engagement documentation 
-          Sign off of the to-be process maps for internal review
-          Successful engagement of a wider group external stakeholders 
-          Adaption to an agile development approach
-          Establish a test framework and acceptance criteria for the WDP technology solution 
-          Established communication tools for external stakeholder engagement

I consulted into ANZ projects over a 12 year period, working on several major projects. 
Role
- Business and Process Analyst 
Major Achievements:
- Creation of, and ongoing oversight of documentation standards 
- Writing instruction manuals for a new Transaction Telling system
- Creation of a suite of self-paced training modules for a new Transaction Telling system
- Writing a suite of instruction manuals for front office and back office for asset finance
- Creation of a  suite of Internet Banking registration forms for retail and business customers for ANZ customers in 11 Pacific countries; forms customised to accommodate local legislation and language 
- Developed customer-facing forms for the then new ANZ joint venture retail bank in Cambodia  - these forms were dual-language
- Standardisation of content for customer-facing forms across 11 counties – three of which required dual-language forms
- Managed the creation of new customer and bank cheques, and bank drafts for ANZ Royal and American Samoa
- Creation of Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for each project 
- Mentoring staff 
Responsibilities
- Documentation of e-2-e process maps 
- Documentation for multiple business units using the same application, each with different access, workflow, policy:
- As is’ and ‘To be’ processes 
- End-user procedure guides, accommodating the layered business rules and policies
- Engage with:
- Business stakeholders to achieve acceptance and sign off of new process
- Risk and Assurance stakeholders to achieve sign off
- Mentor staff in creating processing mapping and end-user documentation 
- Proof reading and editing  
- Oversee ongoing use of documentation standards 
- Engage with business stakeholders
- Identify and update BAU processes impacted 
- Maintain an audit trail of business and Legal Counsel sign off
- User acceptance testing for process documentation
- Liaised with SBS translators for translation of forms’ content into three different languages
