Margaret Richards

Margaret Richards is an Independent Consultant with over 12 years of experience in the international development field, specializing in education, applied mathematics, and a diverse range of sectors.

She excels in training, curriculum development, e-learning design, strategic planning, goal setting, and monitoring and evaluation within the education, financial services, clean energy, health, and youth development sectors.

Her work focuses on marginalized groups globally, including the ultra-poor in the global South and under-served American urban youth, across various cultural contexts in Asia, the Pacific, sub-Saharan Africa, and the US.

Margaret holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University, and an EdM in International Education Policy from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Her professional experience includes roles as a Senior Learning Manager at CommonHealth ACTION, Consultant at Catholic Relief Services, Research Director at Mission Measurement, and e-Learning Consultant at Save the Children International, among others.
