Mareza I. Estevez is a highly experienced leader in legal and business advice, legal compliance, and immigration law with a background that combines Big Law experience and senior in-house legal counsel at two of the world's largest IT enterprises.

With a strong focus on helping employers secure temporary and permanent U.S. work visas for their employees and families, Mareza innovates and operates at scale while ensuring legal compliance and enhancing the experiential quality of the sponsorship process.

Her accomplishments include devising strategies to support tens of thousands of visa-dependent employees, saving clients millions through transformation of global mobility operations, and managing advisors in defending large employers from governmental inquiries and enforcement actions.

Mareza's skill set spans across legal areas such as immigration, employment, and export control, as well as compliance, risk management, governmental relations, and more. She also has experience in change management, team management, contract review, investigations, and crisis communications.

She holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. Previously, Mareza served as a Contract U.S. Immigration Lawyer and held in-house immigration attorney roles at prominent companies like Infosys and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
