Marcos Rodriguez is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Avance Investment Management, a private equity firm specializing in transformational growth opportunities in the Services and Consumer sectors in the lower middle market across the U.S. with a focus on companies generating $5-$25 million of EBITDA.

With over 80 years of collective private equity experience, Marcos and his team at Avance have a strong history of partnering with founder-owned businesses, industry executives, and management teams to build dynamic businesses.

He holds an impressive educational background, having studied Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School, Masters in Engineering Management at Cornell University, and M.S. Engineering in Systems Engineering at Technische Universität Dresden.

Prior to Avance, Marcos Rodriguez held key positions at notable firms such as Palladium Equity Partners, LLC (as Member, President & COO, and Managing Director), General Atlantic, and Atlas Venture.

Avance Investment Management, under Marcos' leadership, utilizes a value creation process called STAGE to increase EBITDA and enterprise value of portfolio companies by collaborating with management teams, board members, and functional experts.
