Heber Ramos de Freitas is a seasoned investment professional, with extensive experience in origination, deal execution, portfolio management, and M&A for large-cap private equity funds. A graduate with distinction of the prestigious London Business School's MBA program after completing his BA in Economics at Macalester College, Mr. Ramos de Freitas has worked for several well-known companies across a variety of roles. During his time at Searchlight Capital Partners, where he earned the title of Partner, he led and executed a series of large buyouts across Europe, spending almost €1.5bn in equity across various segments and geographies. Alongside this, Mr. Ramos de Freitas has held positions at BC Partners, Terra Firma Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Piper Jaffray.
