Marco Lopez

Marco Lopez is a seasoned international executive in the Solar Energy industry with over 25 years of experience in business development, project management, and energy sales across the US, Europe, South America, and China.

He is proficient in English and Spanish, with limited working proficiency in Portuguese and German. Marco has a strong background in Solar economics, site acquisitions, project development, and PPA negotiations.

His specialties include PPA Negotiations, Solar Project Development, PV Solar Operation and Asset Management, and large account management in the Solar Energy industry. He is known for finding the right partnerships to drive success in solar projects.

Marco has a solid educational foundation, having studied Technical Purchasing Management in Textile Science at STF Schweizerische Textilfachschule and attended Madera High School.

Throughout his career, Marco has held key positions in various organizations such as Director of Business Development at Origis Energy, Sales Manager at Alectris O&M, Sales Manager at Talesun Solar, and Regional Sales roles at Sungen International Limited.

He has also been involved in innovative technology ventures, including being a partner and co-founder of 'Picasso Brand' at Star Technology and PT&S Process Technology and Service.

Additionally, Marco brings a wealth of experience in international sales, business development, contract negotiation, and equipment sales for hi-tech nanotechnologies manufacturing including optical disc manufacturing, Solar Thin film, and crystalline manufacturing equipment.
