Bsme Arnaldo Rivera is a seasoned professional with a versatile background in the energy sector, specializing in power plants, nuclear energy, transmission and distribution (T&D), as well as renewable solar and energy storage.

His expertise spans across various roles including project management, design, engineering, construction, procedure development, major projects, KPI implementation, troubleshooting, and managing outages.

He pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and furthered his education by obtaining a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Augusta University.

Over the years, Bsme Arnaldo Rivera has held key positions in renowned organizations such as Origis Energy where he served as a Construction Project Manager, Opdenergy as the Engineering and Construction Manager in the USA, NextEra Energy Resources as a Project Manager, Pike Corporation as a Project Manager, Duke Energy Corporation where he was involved as a Project Manager in the nuclear division, and Southern Nuclear where he served as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager.
