The success of Rosemary has led Marco to expand his operations by opening a new store in Beijing.

He pursued a bachelor's degree in chemistry with a specialization in leather chemistry at Itis Galileo Galilei in Arzignano, as well as a degree certificate in leather chemistry and processing from The University of Northampton.

He currently serves as the owner of IULIA Company Limited and has previously operated as the owner of Rosemary Italian restaurant. His diverse professional roles include Technical Director (Beamhouse to Finishing) at Kasen International Holdings Ltd, Leather procurement manager at Lifestyle Holdings Inc, Technical and Sales Manager at Cromogenia Shanghai Co Ltd, Sales and technical manager at Lamberti S.p.A., Technical Director at KCK Exports Co Ltd, Technical Plant Manager at Belazini Leather (a subsidiary of Zini SpA, Italy), and Automotive and Furniture R&D junior manager at TFL Italia SpA. He also gained experience as a Junior technical sales Manager at Chemipal Srl.
