Marcio Marques

Marcio Marques is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in civil engineering, project management, and community service. He holds a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from Griffith University and a Diploma in Mechanical Technician - Mould Maker from Georgian College. Prior to his current endeavors, Marcio studied at Holy Trinity High School in Bradford, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.

Throughout his career, Marcio has been actively involved in various organizations and roles, showcasing his commitment to community and professional growth. Notably, he has served as a Volunteer Firefighter, Project Manager - Capital Projects, and Engineering Technologist - Capital Projects at the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury. His contributions also extend to coaching as a Triathlon Club Coach and Spin Instructor within the same community.

In addition to his municipal roles, Marcio has gained valuable experience in the private sector, working as a Civil/Municipal Designer at HUSSON Engineering + Management. His expertise further extends to roles such as Layout & Surveying at Hardwall Construction 2005 and Student Engineer at Gold Coast City Council. Through these experiences, Marcio has developed a well-rounded skill set that combines technical knowledge with practical application.
